This assignment aims to offer private-sector players an opportunity to design, build, fund and operate for 20 years a hydrogen station that will turn part of the Toulouse region’s transport system green. The selected contractor Hyport presented several outlets (including a fleet of commercial vehicles, heavy goods vehicles) with the option of exceeding the requested daily volume for a hydrogen price of around €12 incl. VAT/kg.
The assignment includes several aspects:
- Scoping the needs (meetings with all the interested parties: cleaning department, transport department, energy department) in the short, medium and long term;
- Drafting the call for projects;
- Analysing the applications, negotiating offers and finalizing the contract;
- Kick-off meeting.
