Description of the work

Residence ” Montagne de Mons ” :

  • ITE + cladding
  • Creation of a metallic structure with a view-breaker to improve the access to the apartments
  • Expansion of the halls
  • Repair of roof terraces and security measures
  • Insulation of the high floors of the basements
  • Replacement of exterior woodwork
  • Repair of wet rooms and replacement of sanitary equipment
  • Bringing the smoke extraction system up to standard
  • Creation of collective hot water
  • Improvement of the ventilation system
  • Bringing the electrical system into compliance
  • Asbestos problem

 

Residence ” Les Plantes ” :

  • ITE + brickwork
  • Repair of the roof tiles
  • Replacement of exterior woodwork
  • Repair of the wet rooms, replacement of the sanitary equipment and replacement of the falls
  • Creation of collective sanitary hot water
  • Improvement of the ventilation system
  • Bringing the electrical system into conformity
  • Condemnation of the VO shovels
  • Requalification of the halls
  • Bringing the smoke extraction system up to standard
  • Improvement of the exterior spaces
