Assistance in implementing a comprehensive public performance contract aimed at implementing a biomass heating network in the municipality of Haillan that will supply about twenty subscribers. Updated the existing feasibility study and assistance provided for awarding the contract within the framework of a negotiated competitive tendering process.

- Diagnostics of the technical facilities and feasibility of implementing a heating network in the area;
- Feasibility study updated for the technical and economic aspects of the project;
- Drafting the tender documents and the functional plan, with performance undertakings for the future facilities;
- Launch of the new contract: assistance in consulting and selecting contracting firms likely to provide the required guarantees, finalizing the contract;
- Monitoring execution on the site: assistance at the EXE stage, attending site meetings, assistance in final acceptance
- Monitoring the contract and energy and environmental performance, including checks that targets are met in the first 3 financial years
